I listed up which udebs still using the prebaseconfig.d dir and figure out if
this is fixed in the sid package. 
According to my list this packages are not fixed in sid:

localechooser & brltty-udeb

And this udebs are fixed in sid but not yet in etch:

localechooser, base-installer, brltty-udeb, clock-stup, debian-installer-utils,
installation-report, mdcfg-utils, tzsetup-udeb, user-setup-udeb

I wrote an email to the debian-boot mailinglist in order to ask if they have
plans concerning this issue, or if we have to fix it for us.
