you don't actually _need_ to share the kde-profiles in debian-edu-config to
control any configuration adaptions centrally.
Instead you can just add in 1 extra kde-profile placed centrally somewhere, and
with higher priority then the kde-profiles in debian-edu-config. (this also has
the benifit of making it more clear which site-specific changes are done by
splitting them out from the standard debian-edu changes)
It's probably a good idea to standarize which shared directory site-specific
profiles are placed in, but there's no reason that it needs to
be /usr/share/debian-edu
