Cipux on alioth

Hi,

I just submitted Cipux as a new project on alioth, and it was approved
by the alioth team.

Cipux is the tool used by the french and german debian-edu team to
manage the user list through a LDAP base.

So we will work about Cipux on :
http://alioth.debian.org/projects/cipux

It will take some times to have everything working, I will send more
details ASAP when the migration will be finished.
