[Bug 1066] New: KDE session starts without anti-aliased fonts (ugly)

http://bugs.skolelinux.no/show_bug.cgi?id=1066

           Summary: KDE session starts without anti-aliased fonts (ugly)
           Product: Skolelinux
           Version: sarge-rc1
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: Configuration
        AssignedTo: debian-edu@lists.debian.org
        ReportedBy: rgx@gmx.de

Still (again?), by default uses see ugly fonts because they have to enable font
anti-aliasing manually in kcontrol.

I suspect that this can be solved by adding the apt entry to

  /etc/kde3/system.kdeglobals

in my personal ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals I found promising entries such as

  XftHintStyle=hintmedium
