So, in short, you recommend these two things:

1. in smb.conf add/change in global section:

 logon home = \\tjener\%U\.profiles

2. additionally create a folder to store the profiles and export it as share
"profiles", whereas you suggest /skole/tjener/profile as local path. How about
using /etc/samba/profiles/ instead? 


Remark on 1: Note that you can also hide that path by using an entry like

 hide files      = /.*/etc/bin/profile/ntprofile/

in section [homes]
