[Bug 1045] firefox defaults to English in a nn_NO environment.

I've already got this complaint from some nn_NO schools, and I've got a
translation from one of them for the main-menu. This translation does not follow
the norm of teaching materials, but I hope to build a package with this. Also
I've been talking to the people behind Mozilla Norge, and I hope they get around
to create a nn_NO translation of both Firefox and Thunderbird. (We're also
missing translation to nb_NO for Thunderbird)
I will not let this block the Release of Skolelinux 2.0
