So for use by Skolelinux *users* you favor the current Bugzilla, Debian
BTS or some new more user-friendly invention?

There are newbee users, and there are newbee techies.

The difference is newbee techies will want to learn a BTS because they
expect to use it over and over againg. newbee users, on the other hand,
will only want to become superusers, and expect their single obstacle
stumbled upon to go away by passing it on to others.

Most school teachers running a Skolelinux network probably want only to
become superusers, so have no interest in learning to use a BTS.
