[Bug 1026] Nagios badly set up

yesterday we testet a Skolelinux Sarge Pr05. Nagios was preconfigured, but the 
account was missing. In order to enable administrative access, on tjener do as 
root: 
 
# htpasswd -c /etc/nagios/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin 
# chown www-data.www-data /etc/nagios/htpasswd.users 
 
The first line asks you to define the access password (twice). It used to be 
"skolelinux" but without /etc/nagios/htpasswd.users there is no access anymore.
