The ntp-server and ntpdate are set to syncronize with pool.ntp.org

We should only suggest this on the main-server, and other profiles should
syncronoize against the main-server. 

On the main-server, we should also use localhost as source, and only suggest an
external server were schools have an external connection

External servers may be blocked by firewall, or we dont want ntp to trigger an
isdn dialup.
