Alternatively (swearing in the church again) add setup of admin user back into
debian-installer again.
Solves some few problems. Not just this, but the having to allow root logins
into X too.

One thing is to avoid unnecessary choices in the installer. Another is to be so
afraid of complexity, you just end up with more trouble later on.
