adding a file /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf, with the content
[default]
  SCREEN_07   = startx

Also makes the kdm-login window from the server show up on the client. 

But if a user logs in, then presses "Ctrl+Alt+bkSpc", the client is left in the
console.
