important for me is, that a CMS Group is formed now and has to grow
now internationaly. We should not again depend on only one or two
persons.

I suggest to use the www list for this task.

perhaps we can split the load to different servers, different

we (german team) have wiki and blogs
we (german team) could set up wiki in other languages too
we (german team) could offer blogs too

i would like to use planet.debian.edu

if this is not possible, 
(afaik Vidar ownes) planet.debian-edu.org
we like to host this too, to collect the blogs
Vidar could you please change the DNS entry?
