Have tested this on a combi server, with a sarge based cd from 20050212. 
 
Using Kfloppy when I was logged into the console on tjener, it worked just 
fine.  
 
If I was loged into a thin klient, I did not get any error message, but the 
program did'nt format the floppy I had inserted into the thin klient.... It 
formated the floppy, from the thin klient, if the floppy was inserted into 
tjener. 
 
The problem here, seem to me to be, "redirection" of local devices for thin 
clients.
