This bug has been fixed upstream, by Thomas Reitelback, 2005-11-24. 
 
We do not have the capasity to maintain a patched version of KLatin. It will be 
incooperated in debian-edu, when the fixed version of KLatin makes it to the 
stable archives of Debian. 
 
I dare to close this bug as a wontfix.
