Either use 
deb http://ftp.no.debian.org/debian/ sid main non-free contrib
and remove it once you have downloaded openclipart, or just get them one 
by one openclipart  openclipart-openoffice.org  openclipart-png  
openclipart-svg from 
http://packages.debian.org/testing/graphics/openclipart
