Is this personal experience or do you have some reference to
experiences of others regarding this stqbility issue?

Are those experiences (wherever their origin) from using official
openoffice.org-compiled binaries, binaries compiled and packaged
(officially or unofficial backports for woody or whatever) by the Debian
openoffice team, or unofficial _and_ non-Debian builds?

interested in experiences with the stability of OpenOffice2.
