Debian-Edu 3.1 / Skolelinux [whatever version number]

with a README file.

This release is based on the code base for Debian release 3.1,
for which the Debian codename was Sarge. Internally to the Skolelinux
project, the code name for this release is
[Oslo|FOOBARBAZ|whatever goes here :)].

The internal use of codenames for Debian releases rather than numbers
dates back to an incident some years ago when a version which was not yet
ready for release was released as "Debian 1.0" by an independent vendor.
In general, the use of codenames is a shorthand by the developers: once
released, versions should be referred to by the number to avoid ambiguity.

The Skolelinux project, initially established in Norway and developed
primarily by Norwegians, has merged with the Debian-Edu project as
both were pursuing similar goals. Debian-Edu is a sub project of Debian
and has slightly wider scope than Skolelinux.

It depends on how trademarks are in Norway :( If there is no particular
problem
