Sure it is logical for a tech user but not for the average John user.
It really show something unfunctional in the bug reporting mecanism when
distributor do no want to take responsabilities on bugs report.
The end user doing the effort to report bug will get lost, the bug will not be
fixed and the user will eventually go somewhere else: just the usual wild
evolution cycle of the free software.
I guess merging the skolelinux bt in the debian one could at least remove one
level of duplication.
