dhcp/symlink fixes, ltsp/lessdisks

actually, the newer ltsp code handles it significantly differently than
lessdisks- the server-side generates the images(ltsp), rather than
chroot-side(lessdisks)... this will likely remain a difference, at least
in the near future (i tried to suggest moving ltsp to be more
lessdisks-like in this respect).
