I think this is an easy answer. 

I told you already I have had the same problem with another machine too.

Now I will add that the same hardware is working perfectly with Aurox.

Finally I will pretend that hdparm configuration is probably not very good
(unmaskirc = 1 is know to be dangerous)

Yet I will acknowledge that changing unmaskirc is not helping.
