Seems like cfengine is missing from your cd. 
I guess either that your image is corrupted, or that you was unfortunate to
download before cfengine was 

Could you verify the md5sum of your image with the "official pr04"
it should be 870a5feccbff5b9f4781988a81686deb

(Hmm, I had to doublecheck that ending :) )
