You should create a user on the fr portal, and ask here on this list to get this user added to the editor group. FYI, we are changing from Plone to eZ, as our portal software, during the next weeks. I'm not sure about what extra functions we will get with eZ, but with the Plone solution, I don't think we can add a space where users can share files (editores can of course do this), and have a forum.
