It is verified that 3Dplanetarium is not in woody.

If 3Dplanetarium is to be installed, it has to be from a non-official archive.
Possibly we would have to package it ourselves.
I have tried out 3Dplanetarium (long time ago now) and it's very similar to (but
not with the same functionality as) Celestia. Mostly, I'd say 3Dplanetarium is
not as good, and we only want one package of this type in our distro.
