If you are interested in help setting up a MoinMoin-based wiki (like is
used at skolelinux.de ) then I'd be happy to help. I maintain the
package officially for Debian (not that that in itself tells if I am
competent enough for your needs).

You may be interested in discussing translation with the german team -
they experienced some trouble on the way, and is working on wiki-based
collaborative maintainance now that they (last weekend!) finished their
translation of the woody-based Skolelinux documentation.
