there's "Ernie Ball" (leading guitar string manufacturer), that's from a
couple of years ago already, their CEO gave several interviews about it at
the time, so he's probably willing to share his experiences
Bdale mentioned in Valencia that lots of people inside of HP are using Linux
(on the desktop) so you might want to ask him (also he's likely to now of
succesfull migrations carried out by/in coorporation with HP)
There's the Brittish report showing schools using Free Software, getting of
cheaper (there's a similar report in Norwegian linked somewhere on the
Skoleinux website)
Also you should look at the horror stories of people using Non-Free stuff
and getting bitten (there was one about the US-military basing some system
on a Version of Windows, only to have security support suspended by MS
shortly after they'd actually finished building it a couple of weeks back
for instance)
