I apologize for being rude.

I still lack a proper response on the official status (which I still
believe was the core matter in the beginning of this thread).

Can someone please clarify what resources on the Skolelinux ftp site is
"officially stable", and how things in Skolelinux becomes "officially
stable"?

Please do NOT(!) respond to this message unless you have an
answer/opinion regarding OFFICIAL status.
