The intel/GDT RAID5:
/dev/sda:
Timing cached reads: 4124 MB in 2.00 seconds = 2062.00 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 158 MB in 3.00 seconds = 52.67 MB/sec
the other 2 sata disks:
sometimes I can enable DMA sometimes not, it depends on the various settings
in the BIOS: legacy ATA, map sata to ata, ....
if DMA is on then those disks have also around 50 MB/sec
