This is what I do with my persian, arabien and turkish students too.
I am in creation of a CyberCenter Network in Morocco and curently
we are writing documentations for the Education Center, translating
menus of fvwm for office Computers and much more...

And if I count that I have around 40 helpers...
It works very well and fast.
