Unless the sponsor for some reason best be someone subscribed debian-edu
I suggest announcing it the standard way (if something else is more
"standard" for sponsoring the please tell me): file a RFP bugreport
against WNPP about it, noting that you have it packaged already but just
needs someone to sponsor you.
Sorry, I won't do it myself currently - my existing 40+ packages is in
too bad shape, and yearly accounting steals much of my time from it as
well :-( .
