Bug#275029: debian-edu-install: Reboot one time after everything is installed.

In Skolelinux 1.0 (woody-based debian-edu), the machine restarts when
everything is installed. This is needed for DNS and dhcp it seems, and
atd and I guess others. There is still a need to reboot with sarge-based
debian-edu
