Bug#273801: education-tasks: installs general file which might lead to name space problems

Hello,

to support tasksel this package installs the file 

     /usr/lib/tasksel/packages/task-files

this is a quite gerneal name which prevents other projects / CDDs
from using it without installing the education-tasks package
which would be really stupid.  This file should be moved to the package
cdd-common and Debian-Edu should start using cdd-dev / cdd-common
to prevent further conflicts for the future.
