The CPU name on Epia motherboards is VIA C3.

If playing with different kernels (yes, you can netboot official Debian
Sarge kernels now - see the Sarge package initrd-netboot-tools) then the
C3 CPU fails with -586tsc kernels. Use either -386 or home-build -c3
kernels.

And please let me know if (and how) initrd-netboot-tools works with LTSP.
