CC to "xdebconfigurators" Ok, the man page suggests xdebconfigurator is capable to take the locales into account when setting up the X keyboard. The version that is in sarge did not seem to set the keyboard model for german systems to pc105, and the Variant to nodeadkeys though. Kind Regards, Christian
