New CD ready for testing

This weekend, I have been working on a CD build system for the test
packages. The idea is to get a CD with the packages we want to test
on the CD before we put them in the official APT source and on the CD
which might become the official CD.

The packages are fetched from these two APT sources:

  deb ftp://ftp.skolelinux.no/skolelinux/ woody local
  deb ftp://ftp.skolelinux.no/skolelinux/ woody-test local

I had to fumble a bit before I got debian-cd to accept these two
sources. I ended up making a third temporarely source (using
hardlinks) to merge these two sources together.

Anyway, the first build is available from
<URL:ftp://ftp.skolelinux.no/tmp/pere/woody-cd/woody-i386-1.raw>.

I've upgraded the CD build scripts, and this gave several changes to
the build system. I hope the CDs still boot. I haven't had a chance
to test it yet, as my vmware machine is offline at the moment.

Let me know how it work.
