New Skolelinux CD image release candidate 2 (rc2)
I've made a new Skolelinux CD image, release candidate 2. It is
available from <URL:ftp://developer.skolelinux.no/skolelinux-cd/>.
The image size is 649 MiB.
Major changes since the previous image:
* In first stage installer (debian-installer):
+ Removed manual handling of standalone profile, as it was kind of
confusing for users. (Finn-Arne)
+ We probably forgot to list something.
* Renamed all scripts using 'skolelinux' as part of the name, to use
'debian-edu' instead. (Petter)
* Updated X autodetection script. (Werner)
* Replaced samba version 2.2 from Woody with a backport of version 3.0.
(Finn-Arne)
* Corrected dhcpd module in webmin. (Petter) (Fixes bug #666)
* Security updates to: libpng (to 1.0.12-3.woody.5 / DSA-498-1), libpng3 (to
1.2.1-1.1.woody.5 / DSA-498-1)
* We probably forgot to list something.
I have testet that the CD is bootable and installable using VMWare.

The following configuration for server and LTSP-server should work out
of the box:
- Apache
- CUPS
- DHCP
- DNS
- LDAP
- LTSP
- NFS
- NTP
- SMTP/IMAP over SSL
- SSH
- Squid
- Webmin
- User administration
- Backup
- Host and service monitoring.
- SMB
The following services do not work as they should:
- cfengine (need host netgroups)
- SQL-server (unable to install automatically)
Test it and find out more. :-)
The disk usage for the different profiles (in KiB) is as follows.
Please take the numbers with a small grain of salt.

All in all there are 951 packages on the CD. Since the last time
there has been 8 packages added, 41 packages changed/upgraded and 10
