and those passwords displayed here do not work?

the only way i can think of to force that information upon the
admin/user creating the users is to mail him a file with the
Name/login/password list. everything else can be forgotton.

it should be easy to both generate that file and mail it to the
user.

a download link, that is easy. but it can be forgotton to click
it.

i agree. this requires some degree of orthogonal thinking.
