On a old&ancient Dell Poweredge 2200 with a scsi NEC CD-ROM DRIVE, the installer
doesn't manage to mount the cd to styart the second stage of installation. I
have to manually mount the cd with 
mount /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target2/lun0/part5 /cdrom
then it works.

Installing on this machine did work without problems with daily build cd a few
weeks ago.
