[Bug 707] DHCP will not give Win a working IP

Oh, yes it is possible. Consider this: 
First you have a machine that boots into Linux, and gets ip-adress of
10.0.2.200. The you reintall the dhcp-server, in it for some strange reason
starts to give out IP-adresses starting from 10.0.2.255. Then you boot your old
machine (that prevoiusly was running Linux, but have been switched off during
the installation of your server). Then this machine, who does not remember very
well which IP it will have, asks for an IP, and gets 10.0.2.255. 

The you reboot your client machine, and it asks for the IP-adress it had the
last time. Then your dhcp server replies with an ACK. 
And vice versa. 

But it looks to me like Windows has a problem. 

And no - this should not be affected by the netgroups. 
And this is still Resolved as Invalid.
