Well, at the beginning one after another client go down more and more
until at the end nothing moves at all.

This aims in the same direction as my latest thoughts that it might be
due to the terminal server's ether card: Out of the two ethernet cards
it has, it is unfortunately the one onboard (intel something) which
connects to the thin clients. Regarding your comments, this could
either mean that the card is overdriven (too much traffic) or that it
has some autonegotiate function which falls back to 10 Mbit at some
point. mii-diag is the package you meant I suppose, whicht out of the
two is more straight forward?
