kpersonalizer, the kde application  that lets you choose your language, 
mousebehavior and so on in kde does not anymore start first time the user logs 
in. This has the bothersome effect that all users gets the default settings 
for kde, like single-click on icons starts programs, which will launch every 
program twice since most pupils are used to the double-click from windows. It 
also takes away the possibility to choose the language to use in kde, very sad 
because the default language  for a German installation is English. 
 
This is with daily build cd pr47  from 1. April 2004.
