[Bug 682] The developer and i18n pages don't recognise "no" as accepted language.

Citing line #793-795 in /etc/apache/httpd.conf:
AddLanguage ja .ja
AddLanguage nb .nb
AddLanguage nn .nn
There is no line defining "no" at all. I suggest adding this
AddLanguage no .nb
It will assume that "no" means bokmål. It would be nice if nynorsk could be
used as a fallback, even if the browser does not send "nn" in its
accept-language header.
