Well to have a package you just have to do this :
$svn co svn://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-edu/trunk/fr/moodle-cipux/
 -> then go to the moodle-cipux directory
 -> and : $svn-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc --svn-ignore
and it will create a build-area directory where you will find the
package.

I build a test repository on packages.skolelinux.fr so you can use:
deb http://packages.skolelinux.fr/ sarge main
in your apt source list.

or browse the packages list via
http://packages.skolelinux.fr/dists/sarge/main/binary-i386/
