Hi Developers We are proud to announce the start of the development of Debian-Edu/Skolelinux 3.0 codename "terra" From now on we no longer have a freeze on our archive and we have the daily builds in place. This means that we can directly start with the new development cycle. The codename for the 3.0 version is "terra". For that we mostly follow the same rules. We work in svn and have a dak for our local packages. Daily builds are produced automatically and for both suites (etch-test and etch). We also try to announce monthly prereleases from the more stable suite (means etch). But this depends on the stability of the etch version. Anyway please contribute, test the cd, fix bugs and implement new features so that we can come up with the wishes of our users. You currently find all debian-edu related development under ftp.skolelinux.org . The daily build for etch-test is available under: http://ftp.skolelinux.org/cd-etch-test/ You can find the daily build for etch under: http://ftp.skolelinux.org/cd-etch/ The prereleases will be placed under: http://ftp.skolelinux.org/skolelinux-cd/ If you find any problems with the archive or with the CD building or any other part of the Debian-Edu/Skolelinux infrastructure please fill in a bug in bugzilla against the "archive" component.
