How to recover account at salsa.debian.org?

Hello All,

It's been a while since I logged in to Salsa.
I tried to reset the password using my registered email address but
ain't getting a password reset email.

Does the registration gets purged if not active? Thanks.

I tried to re-register with the same email ID.
I am able to register but getting the following message = You have
signed up successfully. However, we could not sign you in because your
account is awaiting approval from your GitLab administrator.

Any thoughts on how to proceed? Thank you.
