I'm also DD in Mumbai and available for any help. Count me in! Past
experiences with IITB has been always wonderful. Large campus, plenty
of food options nearby.

Note that July-August is rainy season in Mumbai and elsewhere in India too.

Also, it is not mandatory to keep DebConf in July-August. We can shift
it to June or September.
