Re: PostgreSQL 9.2.x & Debian 9.x/Stretch compatibility?
As a last resort I am going with combination of Debian 9 & Docker.
Thankfully Docker still have repo of postgresql 9.2.x at
https://hub.docker.com/r/library/postgres/tags/
