Hi all,
I don't know much about the wordpress theme that they used but quite a
few of the themes are totally commercial (which means you can just use
it), while in others the php side is GPLv3 or some such copyleft
license and the picture is copyrighted by the theme
owner/distributor/seller.
If there is the latter license, then it just needs somebody to take
good snaps or make good textures for the theme, drop-it-in and make a
new theme attributing the paid theme. If it's the former, then we
can't do anything really :(
