DebConf15 registrations temporarily closed due to immense popularity

Hello,

Martin Krafft from DebConf15 organization team has published 1
announcement yesterday.

As the subject says, DebConf15 has received overwhelming response
which is I think 1st time in the history of DebConf's. Simply amazing
to see massive response by conference attendees.
