Some comments on code licensing:
* ThemePunch jquery plugin requires relicensing for commercial use
- which arguably includes conference (not only website).
* rs-plugin (part of ThemePunch?) uses copyright-protected but
seemingly unlicensed fonts.
* img/logo.png embeds non-free color profile.
Some comments on user trackability:
* CDN is used for html5shiv and respond.js.
* Booking relies on commercial service eventbride
- consider use deconf.org infrastructure instead.
* Links to Wikipedia for one image, instead of mirroring it locally.
* Promotes commercial (and javascript-requiring) goibibo.com
- consider use http://wikitravel.org/en/Pune instead.
No need to throw the argument that it is too late to change things now:
Then simply have it in mind for future events (obviously then somehow
bring attention to it early enough!) :-)
