I was under the impression that the speakers would be contacted formally before the event and such details (who are they, is it workshop or seminar, how much time etc) would be collected and presented in the website. Afterall, the organizers would have to contact the speakers to confirm participation. Right?
I can try to modify the form tonight if that is necessary.
